This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. There are far too many problems with this hotel, so let me start from the beginning. When I arrived at the check-in, the concierge informed me that I did not pay. This was clearly a mistake as I showed her my credit card statement. This already left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth as I've never encountered such a problem before. The story gets better. Once you arrive at the room, the outer appearance looks appealing. Nice big bed, spacious interior, and a washing machine. How bad could it get right? The AC in the room barely works. The temperature is stuck at 23C. The shower pressure is about as weak as it gets. I've never been to a 5-star hotel with water pressure that weak. Not only that, the water temperature fluctuates more than a teenager's mood. There's zero consistency. Lastly, if you are using the washing machine, prepare for a construction site level sound environment. You might as well go into a war zone. Do not be in the hotel when you run that thing or you may go deaf. I am requesting a full refund for this booking. I strongly caution anyone before contemplating booking this hotel.

We booked this crap hotel because it’s listed as 5 stars. Total BS. We stayed at another actual 5 star hotel, Sofitel Ambassador, before coming here and this hotel doesn’t even come close. As a matter of fact it’s night and day. The rooms were not up to standard in terms of cleanness. Right when we checked into our suite we found a long, black hair on a towel. I don’t know about you but finding hair in a restaurant or hotel completely turns me off. Also, the staff doesn’t know anything and wasn’t helpful. For example, they have a washing machine/dryer in the suite (which was another reason why we booked this hotel) and none of the staff knew how to problem solve the drying issue we encountered. The maid even insisted cleaning the rooms while we were still in the room. If you are looking for an upscale hotel with impeccable service, this is NOT it. This place is more like a 3.5 star hotel.

I have been using this hotel many times for over three years, and I am always impressed by the warm service of the staff! This time I stayed here on my birthday, and when I returned to the hotel room, a birthday cake was waiting for me as a surprise!! Not only are all the hotel facilities comfortable, but all the services are also so convenient that once you stay here, it's hard to change hotels. The location is also very convenient, with Myeongdong and Yeouido both within a 15-minute drive, and you can see a beautiful view of the Han River from the rooftop space that is only accessible to guests. (I was also able to see the Han River fireworks show from here before.) I recommend staying at this hotel at least once, as the wonderful staff always welcome you like family (^^)

The best hotel ive been in korea . Only 14min to myeongdong , theres mini mart nearby . But my fav thing is the bidet in the toilet 😜 and also , thankyou for robin yoon for being so helpful & friendly. We will definitely come back here when we visit korea ♥️♥️♥️
