Well located stylish hotel with impeccable service staff made my stay in Istanbul more memorable. Ergin, Cengis, Ilayda, Aziz , Berk , Deniz were so helpful during our stay . F&B team under executive chef Sabri Canberk was well curated cullinarian especially chef Yigithan . I must mention the honesty of steward Ali bringing back my thrown envelope thinking it was an empty envelope with Euros in it 👏👏🙏🏻🙏🏻 Overall a fantastic performance by the staff and the ownership 👏👏👏👏

Never Again!!

The stay was averagely ok. Rooms very dated with malfunctioned broken showers and even after requesting twice no action was taken by anyone. Most of the staff were pleasant, friendly and courteous barring the experience we had with Aziz and Ilayda at the Front Desk who were outrageously rude and unkind. Having stayed and travelled globally till date had not come across anyone especially from a hotel service background so rude. Smallest of the requests were flatly denied and refused by these two people. We had two rooms between four guests and Ilayda blocked access to one of our rooms stating that one guest had left earlier in the morning even though we were still using that room!! After much pleading she finally gave access to the room!! Nothing short of being disrespected. The attitude of both of them was close to being racists to say the least!! Never again staying or recommending this hotel.

فندق متميز وخدمه عالية المستوى الفندق جميل حقاً الغرف كانت بمستوى نظافة عاليه واهتمام واضح الافطار كان رائع وبإطلالة جميلة. فقط ملاحظتي على عدم الترقيه حيث انني عضو ذهبي والموظف ذكر لي انني لا استحق ترقيه عموماً اشكر الادارة على الاهتمام البالغ واشكر كل العاملين بالفندق من المؤكد رجوعي مره اخرى شكراً دكتور عبدالعزيز

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the adorable dogs—a unique and delightful experience not commonly found in most hotels. The Artisan boasts a playful yet cozy atmosphere. Aziz welcomed us warmly upon arrival, and the bellman who assisted us (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond to help with our luggage and provide a brief introduction to the room's facilities. He even took the time to write down the important extensions on a notepad to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a stunning view that deepened our appreciation for Turkey as a country. Yahya, Ece, and Ali were all wonderful—attentive and eager to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable start to the day. Ergin and Deniz were also fantastic and friendly during our checkout, offering the kind of service that makes you want to return. Thank you all and kudos to the entire team for an outstanding management!
