CHENG_SH Solo travel - TripAdvisor 인증 리뷰

While I read other people’s negative review , I thought that it was just individual case. However, I found that I was charged additional 30 NZD in my credit card statement without explanation. Even I wrote to the customer services of ALL. ALL said that SO/Auckland will respond to me. However , SO/Auckland just simply ignores me after I wrote to them directly. Disappointed after staying so many Accor hotels. This hotel is not qualified as a 5 star hotel.

I’m very sorry that you haven’t been able to reach anyone; we always aim to address our guests’ requests promptly. Thank you for your understanding. Apart from this, I hope that the actual stay was a pleasant experience.

Wow, what a stunning hotel. Stayed here on a voucher from a local charity auction. I had no idea SO Auckland was such an arty hotel. Pool and sauna were also great and the roof top bar was something special. Rooms beautiful but a little dark to get ready Will be my new weekend away hotel

I’d like to start with how aesthetic hotel So is, very artsy and insta worthy decor. The entire hotel staff are so helpful and attentive to all queries, this made my stay so much more relaxing. The rooms are amazing, we got the one with the balcony and the view was so worth it. Don’t forget to check their bar on the 16th floor which is a vibe in itself! All in all, amazing staff,great food and views, totally worth it.

Truly a unique, stylish and luxury hotel. The restaurant was an unforgettable experience, great menu, great view, great service. The staff here were lovely and helpful, the receptionist and Aditya were very welcoming! I will be back soon.
