I have stayed here many times but not too impressed on this occasion. I was given a room without a wardrobe, which really isn’t great for a 3 night stay. The room was big enough so really don’t understand why they couldn’t fit a small wardrobe in. Room cleaning could have been better.

We stayed at the Mercure Wittenburg on October 21 to 25, 2024. We are couple in our 50s and we stayed in the Balcony room. The stay was comfortable and the location was excellent. There were restaurants all around and just outside the Mercure's door. We had the breakfast buffet everyday and the quality was good, selection was great and staff were friendly. The buffet area turns in a gathering area serving beer and drinks in the evening. We were able to walk to many places from the hotel and the U Bahn station was directly in front of the hotel. The room was comfortable, with a kettle and fridge. We asked and received a coffee maker. There is an ashtray on the balcony for smokers, which we were pleased with.

Great location with great access to public transport. Check-in and check-out were both very straightforward and painless. Rooms were clean and housekept daily. Overall satisfied with my stay and would recommend to others.
