Stayed here in May for a few nights. The rooms are great. The view we had from our room was amazing, got a full view of the London skyline. It was really impressive. Locaiton itself was quite good and was very close to a tube line. Cleanliness of the room was great, especially the bathroom. Have zero complaints there. The staff at reception are lovely as are they in the bar. I'll admit I felt a little out of place as I was here on holidays and everyone else seemed to be there for business, but the hotel and bar staff made me feel welcomed which I thought was very important. Elevators are a bit weird..they're very slow but that's on the building moreso than the hotel itself. The aesthetic of the hotel was great, I actualy really loved the entire look of it. Breakfast was also brilliant. I'd recommend getting it here. Overall, really great hotel. Very very friendly staff and I plan on coming back here again.

Every one of the staff has been exceptionally wonderful. Extremely helpful and friendly, that’s become rare these days. Rado at the reception made us feel welcome right away. Alina and Ishaj in the restaurant were great, Antonella is our son’s new best friend.

Amazing service from Rebeka at the bar! Awesome service and the coffee was 10/10 greeted with a great smile and also the environment at the entire hotel was amazing. Welcoming service and can’t wait to be back in this lovely place! Recommended

We took our niece for breakfast on the 37th floor and had a lovely time. The views over London took our breath away. The food was excellent and the service exemplary. We have been before and it is wonderful to return and be able to report that the new experience is equally as good, if not better, than the last one. Thank you for making my niece's visit so special.

We love your 5 star review about your experience with us and making your nieces birthday breakfast so special. We really appreciate it so much.
