This lovely hotel is minutes from the railway station and right beside King George Square; it has a restaurant and bar, a pool and a gym area, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and professional.

Great location especially with new transport hub. Room was spacious and slightly above average with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Let down with worn floor and old 1970's dated feel. Breakfast was typ hotel buffet and pricing. Pricing on room rate and breakfast was double expected value presumably due to event in town?

Avoid. Tired and poor service

I stayed two separate nights here and the other recent reviews are accurate. Rooms are poor, and service poor. There are two French professionals on front desk but the others have poor service values and struggle with the basics like giving a working room key. Providing a beer with room service but leaving the cap on, no bottle opener in room and 45 minute wait after finishing dinner to drink a bit now warm beer is pretty ridiculous. Avoid

The hotels requires an audit of rooms. One room smelt of fish, the next room smelt of paint fumes. To top this off, my room key is given to another guest who enters my room. I have stayed here many times and it has been tremendous, but this stay and follow up was really poor.

Ok positive first the hotel is a great location for the city thats it, when you check in you say wow this must be awesome as they have spent millions on the check in foyer etc but when you get to the room its like going back 30years, very tired and instead of making the entrance flashy how about fixing the rooms, breakfast was $42 each for full buffet breakfast and definitely wasn’t worth that very basic, also thought $50 per day to park your car for guests was pretty steep as well anyway will not stay here again as there rooms a too old
