Our second time at the hotel

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Perfect location near Hauptbahnhof. We asked for a room facing the courtyard so that the traffic would not disturb. Was able to check in already at 11. Good air conditioning in the room. We will stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Berlin.

A conveniently located hotel, basic Ibis room and bathroom. Quite small spaces but adequate for a one night stopover, with enough hanging space. Clean and tidy hotel. Good breakfast selection with excellent service from hard-working staff member Klaudius. Housekeeping good in general but bring your own shampoo / toiletries as they only supply a very basic type of liquid soap. Small shop in reception sells snacks and drinks.

Very nice modern hotel with all comfort in a perfect location to explore Berlin. We had a room on the top floor, which was very spacious, comfortable and with a pretty large bathroom for big cities' standards. The room was also very quite considering the central railways station being on the pther side of the road. Very good breakfast with a good range of options. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

We picked the Ibis for its convenient location next to the main train station - was very convenient walk just across the road to head out to wherever we were going in Berlin. Nice warm air as you come through out of the cold, nice little reception area and then lifts up to the rooms. Room was comfortable and ticked our boxes of comfort and convenience. A great place to stay!

We stayed here in early April 2024 - in a twin room. Hotel and rooms are very modern and clean. Room is small but is OK for a few days. We chose this location as it was close to the main station so it terms of transport it was very good. Probably not the most exciting area in Berlin in terms of vibe or neighbourhood - not a lot of places to eat nearby. It was fairly quiet even though we overlooked the main road - double glazing helped keep the noise out. I would the single beds are VERY narrow and they had some weird mattress topper on top that was not attached to the bed in anyway would slide off so it wasn't a comfortable sleep - I don't know why they have these things. They had snacks for sale in the lobby; and coffee which was a good option. They do offer breakfast but we ate elsewhere.
