Well located but poor sound insulation

Very friendly team, good location and clean modern rooms. However, sound insulation is poor enough, If you are "lucky" with your neighbors, you'll listening to their conversations all night.

Easy ten mins walk straight from Gare du Nord, I stashed my case with them before and after my main check-in to maximise my time in Paris. The staff were friendly and I felt very safe as a lone female traveller. There's a bus stop at stop of street junction 100 metres away and the Rue Pierre Semard is quiet but wide and well lit. My single room had a generous size single bed and was bright not pokey with a modern bathroom. All very clean, I'd definitely recommend to friends and go again.

Lovely welcome to the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us a map of the city with a brief explanation of local metros and sights. She also recommended the two bistros just down the street. The room was compact but clean. Nice choices for continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
