Hotel lovely and clean. Previous requests about our rooms during booking and many times in the mean time were not even acknowledged which was very disappointing. Rooms were relatively clean, despite one of our towels being dirty and the bed cover had a small stain on it. The fridge in our room didn’t work and the batteries in the safe were going so we could not use it.

This hotel is what you may expect, a nicely located Novotel. Two remarks though; 1- the pool is not for swimming or relaxing. It is an aquatic playground for children, which is great if you come with kids 2- the breakfast/restaurant is not up to French standard buy British. Do not expect good cuisine and products. It is rather poor, actually. Possibly, it does not belong to Novotel.

Great location close to two tube stations (Southwark on Jubilee Line and Blackfriars on District/Circle) giving good access across the city venues. Good menu choices for breakfast and dinner.
