First time being in Paris and we stayed here . Everyone was kind and helpful. This trip was special for our twin girls 16th birthday . Our room was very spacious for the four of us . From visiting Disney to Versailles and around the city . There is so much more to explore and make memories in Paris. Thank you for the hospitality. Want to return again

Worse Experience with Low Floor Hotel ‼️

Don't book rooms like deluxe or regular ones. You need to book rooms labeled 'high floor' because the regular rooms are low floors. The hotel just doesn’t specify it, and if they did, no one would book them. But when you arrive, they’ll give you a low-floor room and say you booked a low floor, and the only available room is on the first floor. The location is good, the view is nice, but everything else is really bad. Overall, it’s not worth the price. Better to go stay at another hotel chain instead.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location, 2 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Staff are super friendly and baleful and nothing is too much. We stayed in the Trocadero Suite- room 704 and it was the most beautiful suite we have stayed in as a family. So big, roomy and modern. Bathroom is spectacular and overall the room was absolutely perfect for our needs and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. We will definitely be back when we’re next in Paris.

The view from the balcony alone was enough to make the trip very special. We visited for our anniversary weekend and this hotel is in very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There are also lovely places to eat very close to the hotel with very good local food as well as more commercial places. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are lovely. Staff were very friendly throughout and also very helpful in offering advice, breakfast was great and the hotel has a very classy feel to it. But like I said, the view alone was a clincher for us and when we arrived we spent an hour sat there watching the Eiffel Tower lit up and it looked captivating.
