We had the problem that the bathroom light didn't turn on during our stay. However, since the engineering team left work, we spent the night connecting large lights to an external outlet. The next day, when we left the hotel for the schedule, we told the front desk that the engineering team would definitely check our room and take action on the problem. But when I came into the room after the schedule, I found that the bathroom problem was not solved and the engineer team had never come to our room to check. We requested to move the room and went down from the existing 14th floor room to the 12th floor. For providing this inconvenience, the hotel allowed us to use breakfast once for free. However, it was a somewhat disappointing stay for us who expected a comfortable stay at a luxury hotel. Especially, we were on our honeymoon.

In a very good location. Reception and other staff very friendly. Rooms need renovation. Only stayed for 2 nights on business so no usage of the hotel's facilities.

2nd year staying at S/O. The rooms are always beautiful and well maintained with great views. This year was a view of the Giant Ferris Wheel in Prater. Room service was good as was the food delivered. Used the jacuzzi and steam room. Unfortunately, the hot tub water temperature was lukewarm, but the steam room was divine. Very close to all the major attractions, walking distance. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay again here next year.
