The Halloween party at Novotel Paddington was the highlight of our trip, such a nice touch to give away Paddington bears to our kids, an eventful night with crafted pumpkins, quizz, dj. I will definitely return and truly reccomend to anyone coming to london with family or business. The hotel staff were super friendly. Thank you. Vanessa Logdberg

New entrance layout gives a clunky check in process, room good but housekeeping knocking at 1830 to service the room when we have been out since 0830 really? May as well not bother. Twice challenged at breakfast “you’re not on the list” and having to produce booking email…. Next time will simply turn away and ask for a refund. Pool meant to open at 0800, still locked up after 0900…. Wondering if the “booking necessary” thing is actually a scam and it was just closed

All good. No incidents, except that the swimming pool was colder than usual.

Great location, hot room

Hi, great location and nice way to manage reception having an option to sit down. The issue for me was the room´s temperature which was way too hot, and adjusting thermostat did nothing to help. This combined with rather thick blanket really made sleeping difficult. I will try to avoid this hotel just due to room tempereature.
