It was a very nice experience, everyone was so welcoming and the breakfast and dinner were both perfect! Soufiane, the waiter, did a perfect service and helped providing us the best experience we could’ve had. If you have the opportunity to stay there, try it! You will not regret it

Beds were fine but that’s about all I can say positive. Sink is so tall- nearly unusable. Bathroom & towels are grungy. No hand towels. Rude front desk staff. Cats roaming in the building through the food area. One blow dryer for whole building to share.

Had a great time here spent 1 week, the staff are great like Mehdi and others. All the help i needed was provided and the location was really good, can get into center of medina within 10-15 mins witg a bus just round the corner. Restaurant is great and the prices are good.

The rooms are very poorly designed. It feels like you are entering a train compartment. The rooms have nothing apart from a bed and a bath/toilet. No glasses no water bottles no TV and no consumables in the room. Not even shampoo or a set of glasses to drink water!! One of the worst IBIS I have travelled to in the world. A strict AVOID for all.

The TV didn't work and it was from the nineties anyway. The room could do with some refurbishment especially in the bathroom. The room wasn't very clean and we had to wipe down some of the surfaces ourselves including in the bathroom. We initially got a room facing the motorway and we might as well have been sleeping outside due to the noise. We asked to be moved to a non smoking room - BIG MISTAKE - Yes we were moved but not only were we moved to another smoking permitted room, but the room was facing the pool. I've never been bitten by so many mosquitoes in my life. I've had to seek medical attention following my holiday. The reality of the room became clearer in the morning. There were marks of dead mosquitoes everywhere implying that previous guests had spent time getting rid of mosquitoes just to get some sleep. The toilet flushing unit wasn't working properly. I would not recommend this hotel and other reviews about insufficient serving spoons in the dining room and the poor level of cleanliness are true.
