A wonderful, quaint hotel, which feels like the middle of Vienna. Staff were always on hand and could not do enough for you. Good selection at breakfast and a peaceful nights sleep. It is certainly somewhere you would return for a second trip.

I am a regular guest at the hotel and by now the hotel could do with a revamp. I really enjoy the breakfast there. Staff is mostly very friendly. On the downside, this time the daily cleaning of the room did not happen and I was asked to pick up fresh towels at the reception desk upon complaining.

We chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the care home of the relative we were visiting, at the recommendation of his daughter. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff kind and patient. We felt the 24 euro breakfast was over-priced for the quality of what was on offer. The restaurant had good food and service but the smell of scented air-freshener as you walk in is overpowering and unpleasant and sometimes drifts into the seating area. Otherwise it would have been a nine.
