Great area wasnt packed with tourists and you felt like a local. It was a 20 minutes stroll to the Eiffel tower. Great service, buffet had a variety of food and the rooftop bar had an amazing view. The staff were really friendly and they also had storage for your luggage which was handy

I booked the wrong Novotel. The last one I stayed in allowed smoking on the balconies. There is no accommodation for smokers. With the patio closing at 10 on weekends, I had no choice other to stand on the street like an aged prostitute. I’m disabled and in a lot of pain, especially after walking and touring all day. . At 200€ a night, there should be some sensible solution. The good hotels in my city have safe, cordoned off areas with seating and a heater for their smoking guests . If I knew I would be so inconvenienced, I would not have booked this location.

Check- in was very good. We had a small problem with our booking and they resolved it very well and quickly. Room was a good size and clean. Very convenient for the station. Walk able Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice Unfortunately, our room faced onto a construction site that started work at 7.00 am. It was OK for us, as we had an early start but otherwise we would have asked to change
