The service was excellent, Anusree looked after us so well and ensured we had a great table and everything we needed. Bryon was lovely and was very attentive with the service. Fantastic food, and great view of Excel. Would definitely recommend if you’re going to Excel.

We ate dinner here while at a conference at Excel. The staff were absolutely lovely - in particular Anusree and Byron who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious. Good choice, freshly made. Excellent unobtrusive service and great value. Would def come back here any time we are nearby at a conference. Your staff are a real credit! Thanks!

It is a nice hotel but the bar staff not really apart from Anusree she is beyond expectations! Lovely girl and she has saved the totally disaster review! Otherwise I would have left a very bad review ! She did fulfill the very best!!!!!!!!!!!!

We travelled as a couple for a get-away. The hotel was lively. The food was great. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. The environment surrounding the hotel was safe and clean, too. We really had an amazing time, the staff were polite and helpful.

I really loved the stay here with my kids. We stayed for a night on the 13th of September and had breakfast on the 14th of September. The staff are really nice especially the ones at the restaurant. Don’t have all their names. I want to say a big thank you to Igor and Valentina, such great staff. They remained calm and welcoming despite the number of guests trooping in and out of the restaurant for breakfast. Please keep up the good work. You are plus to this hotel. Thank you once again. We are looking forward to visiting again. Hopefully I can get one of the hotels nice pillows to purchase online. Thank you. God bless you all.
