I was very disappointed with the price that was over charged to me and the poor communication level from the customer service / reception. Upon checking in, I have been asked to swipe my card into the Pos machine, and to my surprise i have been charged 12% additional to the agreed price. After finding out, i reached out to the reception, and they mentioned that this might be my bank fees. They gave me the invoice, and to my surprise, i see on the invoice that I have agreed to be charged in USD and that a fee is applicable. I was very disappointed reading this as this was not informed to me by the reception. I escalated to their manager, and they apologized about the lack to communication from the front desk agent, and offered to reverse the amount, and i could pay them in cash. However, after many trials, they couldn't reverse the amount and have mentioned that your card is now blocked, and that i have to check with my bank! I spent maybe 30 mins on roaming charges, clarifying with my local bank (back home) about the issue, where they assured me that there is no issue with the card and that any restriction is coming from the supplier (hotel in this case). Actually, my card was working well before and after this transaction. When i came back to the reception and explain my conversation with the bank. They started again trying to reverse the amount, but after many trials and maybe some time, they apologized that they can't do anything as the system is not working. Bottom line, I have spent almost 3 hours to resolve this problem, before unpacking and properly checking in and enjoying my day after a long flight. regards.

The elevators no working well. to much noise in the night. The mattress were old. " days we found our room open. The towels were not change after 4 days, even when we left them on the floor. The TV set had no cable and we could not see anything. I really felt dissapointed , when I compared the one we stood in Santiago (Chile)- (Mercure O´Higgins - It was very good). The servibar war not working.

Air conditioner broke down

The hotel is dated compared to other Accor hotels. The air conditioner stopped working for more than 36 hours. Despite reporting it to the front desk, nothing was done. It made it very uncomfortable to sleep in the hotel.
