Stayed for 2 nights at London Bridge . Always love Novotel. Not the cheapest , but always lovely . Quietist night sleep I’ve ever had .( room 345 ) Borough market is superb , as is Silka Indian restaurant ( separate review ). All in all, a great base to explore

I had a fantastic stay at the Novotel London Bridge! The hotel’s location is superb, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was a cozy spot to relax, and the restaurant offered delicious food.

Not a standard 4 star hotel

We stayed hotel for 8 nights. The maids never clean the room properly. They just changed the pillow case never change bed linens. They left the cleaningThey even did not clean the room for one day . When we talked to the reception , they said the maids finished work at 4pm. No one in the hotel could do , but they may give us new linen if we could do by ourselves. We wondered whether we stayed in a hostel.

Walked in right at 10 am and the hotel itself was so chic. Reception area not like others. Relax and informal which I loved it. Just cool to see this type of gathering rather than business. We were super lucky to get check in right away. Thanks for that. Room is spacious for London standard for 4 of us. I love the bathroom glass. A bit weird when you travel with teenagers. But just don’t look 🙂 we should have booked with breakfast option as kids are eating for free. It helps a lot if you get a great deal on the hotel choose this option. Location is so great 3 mins to Borough market which has so many outstanding food stalls. 5 mins walk to London bridge tube. I would def recommend to others. We will be back.

It was the first time visiting London, and staying at a Novotel Hotel. Checking was a breezing Catarina was great! We arrived early and stored or bags. Later we Fahan helped us check in to a second room. Exceptional service! Johnathon at the was super friendly.
