We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel is good although a little dated. Breakfast could have options such as overnight oats, oatmeal… Also I think amenities such as shower cap would be interesting!

1. My laundry was not sent back on time despite multiple confirmations. Resulting in me having to fly to Mexico without any clothes. 2. The reception promised that the manager will message me to let me know if they have found my laundry and how they will get the laundry to me once the manager comes to work; however, one whole day has passed and there is no update. I WhatsApp the hotel and the response is will update me on Monday. 3. I asked the reception to add my previous stay into the membership when I checked in; was assured it will be done. It was not, I asked the reception again and was told it will be reflected in 3 days: checked again 3 days later and still not done. 4. Requested for laundry slip a couple of times; still have not received it 5. Some days there’s no floor mat and some days there are shoe prints in the shower.

Hotel was secure and clean. Staff responded to most requests except for receipt. I have sent several messages asking for a receipt including at checkout but have not heard back. I even asked for one at checkout and was told email was the only option. No email or paper receipt was recieved and this is blocking my expense report
