Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good value for money considering several rivals around the same areas.We extended our stay by an additional 5 days. We will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.Good management.

A friend and I ducked in to escape the weather and grab a light lunch and have a proper catch up. We were pleasantly surprised with the whole set up. A clean, modern and comfortable public area. We were greeted and seated with time to enjoy the setting. Good Saltimbocca chicken. The panzanella salad was better than expected but obviously not in Ottolenghi’s class. We stayed to chat and were not hassled. All in all a very welcome refuge. Thank you

The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The location was superb! It was steps away from the underground. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. The room was clean and spacious. I also liked the fact that they had a water refill station on each floor.

Not bad but would choose another hotel for our next trip to London. Staff very good and polite. We were offered an upgrade but if I'm honest I couldn't see much difference as I have stayed at the Novotel in Cambridge and the standard rooms are better. Bed okay but a big dip in the middle on one side so I woke up with back pain. Breakfast average. Not as good as Cambridge Novotel and they frequently run out of stuff. Quite expensive for one night but Location okay and a short walk from London Bridge underground.

We stayed at the Novotel for 5 days, the service was really good and the staff were very helpful and informative whilst being professional throughout our stay, however there were really small beds for the children and there was a small blue stain on the floor. The location is pretty good with it being on the street and easily noticeable. The breakfast was probably my most favourite part, it was fantastic! I loved the buffet which offered a wide variety of different food items to choose from. The staff were also very helpful and informative whilst being professional throughout our stay. Overall our stay was perfect, I would definitely recommend you to stay here.
