Otelimizin konumunu beğenmiş olmanızdan dolayı memnuniyet duyduk, Amsterdam'ın ünlü Kanal Halkası'na yakınlığımız ve şehrin çoğu önemli turistik yerine yürüme mesafesinde oluşumuz gibi özelliklerimizle siz değerli misafirlerimizin konaklamalarını kolaylaştırmayı hedefliyoruz. Ancak odanızın ısıtma sistemiyle ilgili yaşadığınız sıkıntı için üzgünüz. Bu durumu dikkate alarak gerekli kontrollerin yapılmasını sağlayacağımızı belirtmek isteriz. Lovely stay at Ibis as usual. Good rooms, hotel and you could add on breakfast if you wanted to. Accommodating as kept our luggage in a store on last day. Only thing taking this from a 5 down to a 4 is the location. Took us about 20minutes each way to walk to and from centre. We chose to walk rather than taxi as these were expensive. You do lots of steps walking around the centre so it is tiring walking all the way back. Would come back or maybe stay in sister hotel by the station.

It's always a pleasure to hear when guests have a lovely stay with us. However, we regret that our location seemed a bit of a distance from some areas of interest in the city center. We understand that after a day of exploring Amsterdam, the walk back to the hotel can be tiring, and we apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your visit. Nonetheless, we are pleased to know that you would consider staying with us again or at our sister hotel by the station. Our central location does provide convenient access to many attractions, and we hope the proximity to cultural sites like the Anne Frank House and Dam Square added value to your stay. No faults with this hotel, great friendly professional service from staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Had premium room with canal view, lovely view. Great room, love the bathroom pods. Massive bed with such a comfortable mattress and the softest pillows and quilt. Excellent location very near/walking distance to all attractions. Lots of places to eat nearby and supermarket nearby. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

The hotel is well situated, the accommodation is good and the view is ok. I had a pleasant stay, I enjoyed my vacation, and I would suggest to consider Ibis for its location, friendly and relaxed environment. The staff were helpful, friendly and joyous. They assisted me during my stay and were always so helpful.

Good location. Small room. Comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff especially Raul and the ladies in the restaurant. Breakfast ok but a bit repetitive. Tables not cleared until you’ve left which is a big irritation eating your breakfast with used dishes cluttering the tables. Is it a Dutch custom to add carrots to baked beans? Weird! Coffee is mediocre and my advice would be choose a double espresso and then fill a mug with hot water. Add the hot water to the espresso and add milk. Otherwise you’ll end up with a mug of foam if you choose cappuccino and the latte isn’t that nice. The biggest gripe is the room temperature cannot be controlled and never seemed to cool down. Reception a circular desk which made it unclear who was next in line. On the whole it was ok and nice friendly helpful staff who always acknowledged us and smiled.

Nonetheless, we are pleased that our hotel's prime location contributed positively to your stay, allowing easy access to Amsterdam's famous Canal Ring and many other highlights.
