Congratulations to the management & staff. This is the finest hospitality we have ever experienced at any hotel we have ever visited globally. Upgraded to a Jr Suite with Tour Eiffel view (we’re on the balcony watching it now) we were escorted to our room & given the low down. Included breakfast was perfect. Staff recommended Le Coq for dinner our 1st night - so good we ate there again our last night. Beautiful luxurious room - no complaints about typical small Parisian size. Use those AMEX points for an upgrade! The most special part of our stay was the staff. Attentive without being stiff, friendly without being intrusive. The finest hospitality anywhere in the world. We don’t give 5 stars - but they have earned it. Best staff in the world. Jamal, Majid, Ismael & others whose names we don’t have right now. Merci beau coups! We are in love with your City of Light & look forward to staying with you again soon.

The Sofitel Baltimore is a great place to stay! Second time here and I’m still just as happy with the experience. The hotel has an ideal location for getting around Paris, and the rooms are always clean and good. The staff is welcoming, which really makes a difference. I always feel at ease here, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Parisian hotel with a great vibe, very professional and yet very personalised check-in From Aline. Lobby has a very relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The beds are a real deal - I really love the Sofitel beds. Hotel is pristine and more like a small muesuem with small pieces of arts displayed everywhere, is a perfect mix of history blended with luxury. Rooms are with a small balcony giving you a feel of being in Paris.

Excellent service and wonderful location. We walked all over Paris but we weren’t in the tourist district at nice so quiet sleep. They will assist in any way. It includes a wonderful buffet breakfast. Nice lobby bar and wonderful restaurant. We will book again. The toons were nice. It was a renovated hotel so a mix of new and old. Very comfortable and large room.

For our first visit to Paris, we could not have been happier. The location, half way between the Arc De Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, near to cute French cafes and the Metro, worked perfectly for us. Our first room was tiny and looked out on an ugly courtyard, but the front desk staff happily found a street facing room with a cute Juliet balcony and moved us without fuss. Our king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom is a little small, but comes with all the amenities. Every staff person was friendly, even with us not speaking French, and helpful.
