One of our rooms had 2 people but only 1 duvet. When they requested another one, it was not supplied .

Three men in a small room during the Olympics, charged us a lot of money (paid in advanced, in January 2024). One month previous to the games, I knew the prices went down. We asked for extra pillows (one for each, which was denied by a lady, who did not speak English and was the supervisor) when we realized the hotel was half empty (by the last days of the games). On the second day, at breakfast, I was told I hadn't paid the breakfast in a rude manner. The man did not check properly and was helped by the nice lady who looked at the list and saw it was paid all through. The highlights of the hotel were two nice and helpful people: Aktar, the person in charge to check in and the manager, Pascale. She also extended our late check out and for which, we are grateful. Due to many people working, I believe the quality cannot be guaranteed. Some staff are great, but some could be nice.
