Easy to get to from bus and metro, well priced and everything went smoothly. Obviously nothing fancy but for us as tourists all we need is a clean bed and a shower and it was perfect. It is slightly hidden from the main road and the surrounding area is a bit dirty but the hotel itself was spotless. Only minor complaint is a kettle in the room would have been a nice touch.

Very difficult to access the building from the road No Toiletries provided Staffs at breakfast area very unpleasant and rude Poor structure of shower area without doors flooding the whole bathroom Extra blanket was denied No complementary water bottles

I chose this hotel for its spacious car park, which was essential for me during my stay, and its convenient location near the metro. Throughout my visit, I interacted with four different staff members—one at check-in, one in the corridor, one at check-out, and one who assisted me with the car park payment machine. Every single one of them was incredibly helpful and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. I want to compliment the entire team for their excellent service. However, the room décor felt a bit outdated.

On arrival unhelpful male receptionist. Beds tiny,matress topper on base,most uncomfortable. Room very small,no drink making facilities. Toilet paper hard. Room dirty. Day if departure hotel manager very helpful when case got locked in locker.

Good stay, Very clean, friendly staff including Maids, (my wife asked for more twells the girl and she added) well located but must explain better that must be reached by passarelle and lift, and not by the shortest road, from Metropolutan, at the parking (-2) that Google Maps suggests !!
