Checked into the ibis . The room was dirt . Stains on the bed . The toilet had not been cleaned from The previous guest. They was human waste stains still in the toilet pan. I have never been into a hotel room as disgusting as this . This hotel was terrible. I ask for a refund from the front desk . They said as long as booking.com send them a email they would possess a refund . Booking . Com said the email and the manager refused it. When I ask the girl on the from desk if she would stay in that room , her reply was no I would not .

DO NOT PARK IN CAR PARK- We got broken into. Not secure as advertised

The hotel its self was fine. However, i phoned before we stayed and was told that the car park was secure, had a secure gate and CCTV. We paid for parking and returned on another occasion to use the car park... paying £20 for the privilege. The car park is NOT SECURE... our van got broken into we had thousands of pounds of damage done and all our tools stolen. When we checked we were told the CCTV is not accessible and the gate was wide open. Not a secure car park. DO NOT PARK IN THIS CAR PARK

I stayed here one night prior to departing from London City Airport early the next morning. This is a place for 1 night only as there are few food offerings in the vicinity. Breakfast served with the usual offerings and more than adequate. Pizza only is available in the evening if needed. The day I arrive the Docklands Light rail was closed so a long walk from Poplar station. Rooms are reasonable and comfortable. No complaints there. Only a single lift to upstairs. Reception quick and efficient. Recommended for a short stay only.

Nice room. Air con and clean. Small bathroom but not really an issue. Really quiet and easy to get to. Use the DLR train to get there. Breakfast was lovley and the coffee is fab!! Im usually really fussy about hotels but I will come back here. Perfect for 02 and Canary Wharf and only 30 mins from Kings Cross.

Staff were really friendly & helpful, place was clean, very good as it had secure parking and the breakfast was gorgeous. I was very surprised by the quality and would definitely use again, really good for exploring that area and the Olympic Park for gigs, ABBA voyage etc
