The hotel is in good order and everything was great with the staff. However my room wasn't ready at 4pm ish when I checked in and needed to wait in the reception. When I went for evening meal about 6.45pm the menu was poor hardly any food left to choose from and no chips. Your staff are very good. however simple things like check in and food should be addressed even if they went to the supermarket to get chips.
