Modern, comfortable hotel with excellent, good quality continental buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Air conditioning/heat control that actually worked. Only slight issues were not bright enough lighting when you wanted it. Needed hooks or more hangers and storage for coats and clothes. Some of the storage space was filled with paraphanalia such as coffee machine, and products, kettle, bath robes etc. Which were all useful but needed a bit more space to hang/store things. Also fantastic location close to a couple of Metro stations and the Galleries Lafayette, Au Printemps, La Madeleine Church. Restaurants just a few metres across the road if you didn't want to go far.

The location near Gare St.Lazare is excellent. There are some great restaurants and bars right by the hotel - a really good vibe. The hotel has recently been refurbished - there is a very pleasant courtyard where you can have breakfast. The breakfast is good - a good choice of hot and cold food - you can order an omelette. The staff all very helpful. The room was not enormous but perfectly ok for two nights . Good air-conditioning which was needed as it was very hot in Paris

Nothing new to say about one of our favorite places in Paris. First class service is a regilar matter in this hotel. The location is magnificent and all the team that works over there is not just very kind and gentle but also efficient.

A lot of better hotels around the area than this. Small rooms , terrible customer service , wont acknowledge my platinum accor status as the line they use all the time “ when there’s available room upgrades only “. Very noisy outside believe me you will regret staying here.

Already having established a couple of the favorite hotels in Paris to which I am very loyal, I was not inclined to stay anywhere else. But on this visit, the stars aligned for me to stay in this hotel. I was actually quite concerned about the closeness of the hotel to the railway station St. Lazare. It was because on all my previous visits to Paris, I only ever went to Gare du Nord and found that area quite scary. Well, my assumptions about St. Lazare area were wrong. The whole area around this hotel (including the station square around the corner) is safe at any time of the day and night. Now, about my stay! The first impression of any hotel is not the lobby design, as some people might think. It is the person who welcomes you at the front desk. And my first acquaintance with the hotel started with amazing and super friendly personnel who were checking me in. Frankly, I was even taken aback a bit, as I didn’t expect such a heartfelt welcome! And the lobby design was fancy too, by the way.  The room, yet small in worldwide standards, was OK size for Paris. I have booked the Privilege room, which gave me some extra space for reading in the chair, working at the desk and dropping the bulky shopping bags on the floor. WIFI was good even for the work video conferencing. One thing I must highlight here (for the sake of the housekeeping personnel) – the room was spotlessly clean. I mean it was clean to the point where I started thinking: how oh how can I keep my own house so clean?  All requests I had during my stay were resolved by the personnel easily and right on the spot. And I have decided to add this hotel to my list of favorites in the city. Once again, my big thank you to the hotel team for my perfect stay!
