Nice room but noise from lift and no room service

The room was nice and the hotel is in a nice area. However the lift noise could be heard the whole time (it sounded like the Dolby THX sound every few minutes!). Also for a four star hotel I would expect a restaurant and room service. There were plenty of restaurants nearby though. Beds were comfortable and room amenities good - however the air conditioning didn’t work.

Dear Sir, We thank you for your feedback following your stay in our establishment. We apologize for the noise of the elevator as well as for the wait at the hotel door. It happens that the employees are on the floors to respond to a customer request and the time they come back down, the customer waits a little at the entrance. We apologize again. Concerning the absence of a restaurant, our hotel is a boutique hotel without a restaurant. This is clearly specified on the All website. However, we do have room service with a few dishes. You have a QR code on the desk in the room with the dishes offered. We hope to be able to welcome you next time in order to make a better impression on you. Kind regards Olivia Farina Deputy Manager

My wife and I recently stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It's a wonderful hotel, with really nice rooms, a very friendly and helpful team and it's in a great location. Stephan was helpful with restaurant recommendations. Very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay, compact but well formed! Staff charming! One thing that could be looked at is the entrance and security at the entrance. We entered a few times and there was no staff member at the desk, it feels like this could be a vulnerable place especially since you are storing bags so close to the entrance.
