Hotel was very clean, air conditioning was good, reception was friendly and efficient and bed was comfortable although the pillows were more like cushions. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Hotel is close to transport options with the old trolleys a good tourist experience to the centre of Milan. There are a few restaurants and pizzerias near by with Chi Chi pizzeria especially good .

Not up to Novotel standards.

Initial room was smelly (smelt like someone had smoked in there), bed linen had some blood on it and the sofa bed was broken. Was given another room, much better. Hotel is a fair distance from the centre but public transport is very good. Didn’t eat at the hotel, drinks are a bit pricey. Pool area needs renovations. One lift was working. The staircase smelt and was dirty. Not of a Novotel usual standard hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful but this hotel needs investment.

I would like to share my negative experience at your hotel. I was faced with a situation that would never happen in a four-star hotel. When I entered room 325, the sofa was up and could not be closed. The bathroom was covered in mold and mildew, which was unhygienic. The toilet brush was so rusty that it was untouchable. I could not understand how you found this appropriate for a hotel customer. They changed my room after my complaints, and they gave same category room, but in that rom the kettle was so dirty. With my hotel experience in many countries around the world, I find this situation unacceptable. They don't care with the customer and value to the people who come to this hotel. I wrote this to hotel e mail but the hotel manager did not contact with me before I live.

We stayed one day in Milan. 10 of August. Hotel was dirty, bedlinen seams to be clean, but the lift, carpet's and the staircase really old, dirty and smells. Gym was open but some equipment was broken. Pool was close at 7pm. We saw much rubbish in de afternoon and following morning was still there. Drinks at the bar overpriced. One from the staff forgot us for 30 min that we are waiting but rest of personeel was nice and friendly. Anyway worst hotel ever. Not go there.

Avoid unless you like mosquitos and the sauna feeling

Stayed here about 10 years ago and it was fine. This time round was the opposite, Clearly in decline since my last stay. First issue is the lack of air con in the communal areas. It's so hot that it's unbearable. As a result, mosquitos flying around in the lobby and none of the staff are bothered. Go into the elevator and the walls are covering in squashed mosquitos. After 3 days there, the staff who must have seen it didn't even bother cleaning it. Talking of elevators, only one worked so always busy. Onto the room, safe and fridge not working on arrival but these were resolved quickly. Air con system was not on by default and the room felt like a sauna. Put the air con on and the system is old and noisy. Cooled the room somewhat but the noise made it difficult to sleep. About the only saving grace was a good breakfast and nice pool Raised the issues with the staff and was given 2000 Accor points as compensation. Not really much as I think I deserved more. However, in the hot lobby, all I wanted was out so headed out and won't be back!
