Here is the translation of your review into polite English: I stayed at the hotel this past August to attend the Monza Formula 1 Grand Prix and also spend a few days in Milan. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated at a midpoint. The facilities were excellent, as were the rooms. However, I encountered a couple of issues, and unfortunately, the staff that assisted me had a rather poor attitude. On the second night, I discovered that the room's safe was not functioning; it got locked, and I had to request assistance to have it opened. This happened on a Thursday night, and early Friday morning, I needed my passport, which was inside the safe, as we were going on a tour to Switzerland. I couldn't sleep, worrying if someone would arrive in time the next morning. Fortunately, they did, and the safe was opened just in time. Due to this incident, I decided not to use the safe again and instead left some money inside one of my bags. Big mistake! The night before my check-out (scheduled for the following morning at 6 am), I realized that the money I had left in my bag, around $700, was missing. That same night, I went to the front desk to speak to the hotel manager, but they informed me that since it was Sunday, there was no manager available until after the time of my planned check-out the next day. I asked what I should do, whether I should call the police or take other actions, and they responded with a very poor attitude, saying I could do whatever I wanted. In the end, I know my mistake was leaving something outside of the safe, but I didn’t expect the staff to search through my bags looking for something to steal. The following day, I emailed the hotel manager, who apologized but essentially blamed me for not requesting a room change when the safe wasn’t working. She also claimed to have tested the safe, stating that it worked, although it clearly didn’t in my case.

I have been a regular customer in this neat and clean hotel since a long time. A special mention to all the professional Staff always super polite and available to sort all your request out. Very easy to access to downtown by trolleycar (nr.27) just outside the hotel.

Hello I wanted to share my feedback. This Novotel is the worst Novotel I have stayed in my life and I have stayed in lot of them. This should be an IBIS or lower. The bathroom was old and stained. The extra bed in the couch was not cleaned. The sheets were dirty and had hair on them. If I didn't have an early morning flight I would have left the hotel. Just disgusting

I've stayed in my share of airport hotels so I have a pretty good idea of what to expect. This one didn't live up to even that. Pros: *close to the airport. *somewhat reasonable price for a hotel Cons: * our room was small and desperately needs renovating. The bathroom was tiny and, well, gross. * dinner: the only option for dinner at the hotel is a 30 Euro buffet. That's it. * when we were there the huge indoor bar was closed the entire time. There was a small bar outside, just beyond the pool. There wasn't always someone at the bar (I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up, finally someone came out). The outdoor bar is also very poorly stocked so if you use it, stick to basic drinks. * the shuttle to the airport is an additional charge. * when we checked in the guy working there was great. Later when we went back to ask some questions it was a different person and he made it plain that dealing with guests wasn't his favorite thing. Personally, next time I need to fly out of Linate I will look for other options.

We came a little early for the check in so we ate lunch in the restaurant. We ordered one kids menu, and the waitress said nothing about that. When she came out with the food, she got mad because there were no small kids at the table. I ordered a pasta that was way too salty, neither my dad (who eats everything) or me could manage to eat it. The waitor told us they make this everyday when we told it had a strange taste and was not eatable. All inn all, Terrible lunch and bad service.
