It was much better than the previous. The shuttle drivers are awesome. My room was ready and waiting. I even got a sewing kit and other stuff. Thanks for the warmth.

I had no internet connection in my room the first night there. Had to end up leaving elsewhere to do my conference calls cause the connections were horrible. I dropped off a conference call 3 times in a 30 min period. Without knocking at 8:30 in the morning a cleaning walk into my room while I was still laying in bed.

Bed/pillows uncomfortable. Bathroom tiles broken. Shower had ZERO pressure. Would not stay again.

I stayed here during a long overnight layover at the airport and would certainly consider it again. They offer a shuttle from outside the terminal which, although not advertised or signposted very well, worked fine, operating from the early hours until late into the evening. Checking in was a breeze and my top floor room had some nice views towards the city. The room itself was huge, despite being an entry level offering. There was plenty of seating and storage, plus everything was clean. The bed was massive with a bedside table at both sides, but electric sockets were only available on the desk. Bottled water and a coffee machine was present along with effective air-conditioning and a large TV. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and a decent enough size, but annoyingly there was no hot water from the shower in the morning. One of the reasons I picked the hotel was for the outdoor pool area which was indeed a great place to relax. They state it closes it in the early evening but there were people using it much later and the bar inside were happy to provide plastic glasses to take outside well into the night. Overall it worked well for what I needed and I’d consider staying again when I need to be easily near the airport.

My first time staying at your location and encountered two issues (1) hair particles was found on wall i requested another room. Was provided another room issue (2) toilet bowl was soiled had to request for another sterile cleaning
