The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was nice. We absolutely loved the eco aspect of the hotel. But the best thing was the friendly and well behaved hotel cat - what a nice touch!

I stayed there with my family for a luxury experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was more than satisfactory. However, the rooms were not as comfortable as expected, and the bathroom appeared quite dated. The ventilation system in the bathroom was not functioning properly. Additionally, the fridge was empty, with no water or other beverages provided. This is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel.

The parking fee is not a welcome change. This was free last year. Change it back. The evening kitchen staff do not know what was ordered and made a mess of how the burger meat to be cooked.
