Amazing location, the view from the 9th floor room looking towards the Eiffel tower was to die for.

The staff of the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. It would help if the room attendants could also speak in English. Great location as well as this is just a few minutes away from the metro and from Sacre-Coeur. There are many restaurants nearby as well.

Disorganized but Nice Staff

The Mercure in Paris is located in a great area for getting to all Montmartre activities. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was excellent and friendly, and took care of my group. But they are definitely not entirely organized. I think it's just this location but they didn't have correct information and I had to remind them that we paid for breakfast, and even when my people went to breakfast they were told that it wasn't included. UGH! they were not great at communication at all. I emailed them 4 times with no response. And called also, again nothing was accomplished.
