Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and we want you to feel confident that your data will not be used for things you didn’t sign up for.

This privacy policy provides the information required for complying with GDPR, as well as provides more information to you as a customer or user about what data we process and why primarily in terms of our Mobile CMS offering CliqTags. Other Abiro offerings also fall back to this privacy policy.

Customer Data

Customer being a company that Abiro AB sells products and services to. Included in this term are also free account users of CliqTags, as it’s a strict B2B solution.

Abiro AB will be what’s known as the Data Controller of customer data. We only collect data that relates to running our business and to provide access to the products and services, as well as to comply with Swedish and EU law requirements. We will not collect any data from you that we do not need for handling such matters, and we will not provide any such information to any third party unless required for legal reasons.

User Data

User being a person (possibly from a company) that visits CliqTags-generated sites and possibly fills in information there.

With forms below is meant any of the supported CliqTags page types that are used to enter, submit and present forms, including Feedback, Resume, Survey, Responses and Payment, and potentially similar features in other offerings.

Abiro AB will be what’s known as the Data Processor of user data, on behalf of Abiro’s customers (the Data Controllers). It’s on customers to follow the rules regarding asking for permission and collecting a minimum of data for the task at hand. Abiro will not process that data except as part of automated features that customers have direct (and protected) access to, including Statistics (from page accesses, that can be visualized and exported) and Responses (from form submissions, that can be visualized and exported). Unless customers specifically request certain user data, and users fill that in, CliqTags will not collect nor store any such information. In essence, CliqTags will not know who you are unless explicitly asked for in a form, and even then Abiro will not use that information internally. Abiro will neither provide such data to any party that is not the direct customer that has created the related forms (and hence, in turn, asks you for the data) unless required for legal reasons.

Specifically, Gramofy will need you to log in to Spotify, but no user information is stored centrally. The information is only used to show basic user information on the pages and allow Gramofy to use the Spotify Web API to perform its function to generate and store playlists.

How we handle the data

All the data is processed by our staff in Sweden and automatically by our systems. Information is stored on servers within the European Union. We have Data Processor Agreements in place with related providers.

How long we keep it

We are required under Swedish law to keep customer data (name, address, contact details, VAT number etc) for as long as you use and pay for any service, after which service-related information will be destroyed, including the content you’ve created via the service: sites, pages, statistics, form data, etc.

Customer Data that we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. You can also request accounts registered for services to be removed at any time, yet information will be kept until your account expires.

For accounting purposes, we need to keep records of customer and provider transactions for 7 years as per Swedish law.

Users may request deletion of their user data related to forms via the Data Controller. Abiro as Data Processor will then remove the data on request from the Data Controller.

What we would also like to do with it

We would like to contact customers about offering news, market news, and advice. This information is not shared with any third parties and you can opt-out at any time.

User data will never be used by Abiro in any way beyond what’s described earlier.

What are your rights?
