3. Customers trading-in a Designated Device and purchasing a designated handset at the suggested retail price of HK$2,000 or more are entitled to a HK$200/ HK$300/ HK$400/ HK$500/ HK$800/ HK$1,000/ HK$1,500 discount (depending on purchasing handset model).
  • Designated brands and models of handset, tablet and smartwatch ("Designated Device") for trading-in should include a battery and must function properly.
  • Trade-in prices vary depending on extent of damage sustained by the Designated Device.
  • CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL"/"We") will not accept any Designated Device for trading-in if purchased from an unauthorized dealer, or altered in any way.
  • Customer is responsible to ensure all personal data/photos on a Designated Device have been erased prior to trading-in. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, retrieval, restoration or transference of personal data from handset, tablet or smartwatch being traded-in.
  • Handsets, tablets and smartwatches cannot be reclaimed once traded-in.
