Receiving XIM Technical Support
All support for XIM products is conducted through our Support Forum which is staffed with experts ready to help you get your XIM up and running quickly if you run into issues.

Step 1: Click here to Register on our forum (if you haven’t done so already)
Verification: Please answer the verification questions (if asked) as they are effective at eliminating spam on our forum.
Activation Mail: You will receive an activation mail to complete your registration (if you never receive an activation mail, please let us know by opening a request here).

Step 2: Click here to post a Technical Support Request
Use the “New Topic” button to post.

Step 3: Describe the issue you are experiencing
Please let us know if you have updated your XIM’s firmware. What console you are running on, what peripherals you have plugged into your XIM, what your XIM’s lights are doing, and how your experience differs to what you see in the instructional materials.
