How to update payment details and receive a VAT invoice

How do I update my payment details?

In some cases you can update your payment details online. Log in to the 'My Account' section and click on 'Manage my payments'. If the page says you can't update your payments online, call us on 029 2267 0000 and we can update your payment details.

How do I get a VAT invoice?

We can provide a VAT invoice upon request. Please get in touch by live chat or email using the details on our ‘contact us’ page. Alternatively, call our member services team on 029 2267 0000 from 8.30am to 6pm on Monday to Friday or from 9am to 1pm on Saturday.

Moving home

Log in to which.co.uk. Go to ‘my account’ top right of the page and select ‘view account’. Click ‘change delivery address’, enter your postcode and select ‘find address’. Choose your address from the drop-down menu and adjust as needed. Once complete, save your changes and you will see your details have successfully updated.

Direct Debit Guarantee

This Direct Debit Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay direct debits.

If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your direct debit, Which? Ltd will notify you at least six weeks in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.

If you request Which? Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.

If an error is made in the payment of your direct debit, by Which? Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.

If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Which? Ltd asks you to.

You can cancel a direct debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
