Are public holidays taken into account?

Public holidays are considered non-working days and appear red.

What is the shortest possible duration for a meeting?

The smallest time unit available for meetings is 15 minutes.

I always use the same cities. Do I have to select them every time?

You can define a list of default locations that will automatically appear when you set up a new meeting.

  • Tap on the gear wheel icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select Your default places.
  • Search for and select your default cities.
  • When you are done, tap on Settings in the top-left corner.

Why isn't my location included?

The app includes over 5000 locations around the world. If you cannot find a specific city via the search functionality, please first make sure your spelling is correct. In some cases, there are several alternative spellings. For example, the capital of Ukraine is listed as Kyiv, not Kiev.

To include some of the most common misspellings in the search:

  • Tap on the gear wheel icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select Advanced Settings.
  • Enable Include Aliases and Misspellings.
  • Tap on Settings in the top-left corner.

If you still do not find your location in the list and think it should be added, please let us know.

Can I change the times for green, yellow, or red time slots?

It is currently not possible to change this default setting.
