I finally found a way to enjoy my raw broccoli! Adapted from Gabriel Cousens book Live Food Rainbow Cuisine. Delicious spicy way to serve raw broccoli!

Ingredients
2 cup broccoli (cut off stems)
2 tablespoons olive or sesame oil
Red pepper flakes, to taste
¼ cup almond butter, or to taste
1 teaspoon nama shoyu
Recipe Directions
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mush together with your hands, being sure the broccoli is well covered.
2. Place in dehydrator at 120 degrees for 1 and a half hours. Take out and enjoy!

Awesome! I adore broccoli and still dream of chinese schezuan broccoli, and didn't know if I'd ever find a way to mimic it, raw. I will try this ASAP. Thanks for the post!

Yum! I also have a hard time finding ways to dress up my broccoli and this dish is seriously delicious. I think next time I may add a little ginger too. Thanks!

This is really yummy! My only critiques would be:
1) It was a bit heavy for me, so I would cut back on the sauce ingredients or use more broccoli (I think I will try 3 cups of broccoli with the same amount of everything else next time).
2) Generally people say that heating above 115 or 118 degrees F starts killing enzymes, so 120 is a bit high for "raw". I did 115 for about 1 3/4 hours.
