I just made this today and I thought the taste was great. I had a hard time getting the mango really smooth and creamy like your picture shows. Maybe the mango wasn't ripe enough?

coconut dream

I just made my own version of this. I used two fresh mangos, 1/2 cup soaked macadamias, meat from one young Thai coconut, a tiny bit of the water from the coconut, and four soaked medjool dates (out of agave a.t.m.) My internet blanked out and couldn't refer back to this recipe but it's working again... I see the salt, so I might add a tiny pinch of salt to bring out the flavor. It's chilling in the fridge right now... the taste test got an A+ though. YUM. Very creamy and pudding-y.
Thanks for the recipe!
