Ingredients
4 large avos, halved
1 teaspoon Braggs, or less
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic clove, mashed
½ teaspoon paprika
Jerk Spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
2 teaspoon thyme, dried
1 tablespoon cayenne
Recipe Directions
Mix the garlic, paprika, and Braggs, and marinade avos and onion in it for about half hour. Set aside and mix all jerk spices well. Scoop out about 2-3 tbls of the jerk spice and pour into a bowl. Remove avos and onion from the marinade and gently coat them in the jerk spice bowl. Transfer the crusted avos onto a plate and top them with the marinaded onions.

Are the skins off of the avocados or left on so they hold their shape? Otherwise it sounds really good, looking forward to trying.

hmm never really too that detail into consideration, but while i was making up this recipe i was thinking of the skins being off. But you know what i think it will work well either way.With the skins on you will have a nice little bowl :)
