TEC Innovate is an immersive event experience designed to equip aspiring technologists with the skills, connections, and confidence to launch a fulfilling career in tech.
This transformative journey starts with virtual learning modules and culminates in an exciting two-day, in-person experience, at Google NYC. TEC Innovate leverages the expertise of Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) to provide a unique blend of expert-led workshops, tailored group coaching, and unparalleled networking opportunities.

- Apply: Take the first step by submitting your application to TEC Innovate by Friday, September 20, 2024.
- Prepare: Selected participants will dive into engaging virtual learning to prepare for the in-person experience. Modules will cover resume prep, group coaching, and essential industry insights.
- Innovate: Unlock access to the two-day, in-person TEC Innovate experience by completing all the virtual learning modules. There, you’ll immerse yourself in workshops led by experts from top tech companies and connect with mentors and company representatives.
