Please provide the following information with your order

  • Purchase order number or credit card number

    • All credit card orders must include the type of credit card, expiration date, the name as it appears on the card, and a statement authorizing the use of the credit card for this and/or future orders

  • Billing address

  • Shipping address

    • The shipping address must be a street address; PO Box numbers will not be accepted

  • SouthernBiotech catalog number and product description

  • Product quantity and product size

  • Name, telephone number, and email address of the purchasing agent

  • Name, telephone number, and email address of the end-user

  • Any special packaging or shipping instructions

We do not require written confirmation of telephone orders; however, if you provide a written confirming order, please ensure that it is marked "Confirming Copy - Do Not Duplicate." We will not issue credit or be responsible for duplicate shipments due to improperly marked confirming orders.

Shipping Information

Orders are typically shipped via Federal Express or similar carrier. All shipments are FOB Birmingham, Alabama. In stock orders placed by 5pm (CST) Monday through Friday are shipped same day via overnight service for next day delivery. Orders placed after 5pm (CST) will be shipped the next business day. We reserve the right to select the best shipping method to insure the stability of the product.

Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added as a separate line item on your invoice.

All products should be stored under the conditions detailed in the accompanying product technical bulletin upon receipt.

Payment Information

Payment terms are Net 30 days from the invoice date. Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made in US dollars (USD).

SouthernBiotech is pleased to accept payments by MasterCard, VISA, and American Express for domestic and international orders.

All checks must be drawn on a bank in the US and payable to "SouthernBiotech" or "Southern Biotechnology Associates, Inc." and mailed to the following address -
