When can I pick up my order?You will receive an email when your items are ready to pick up. Your order will usually be ready for pick up in-store within 24 hours upon your order confirmation email.

What do I need to pick up my order?Bring your Ready to Pick Up email with order identification code. You'll also need a valid government-issued photo ID and the card used for payment.

How long will the store hold my ordered items for?Orders made online and scheduled for in-store pick up will be held at the store for 14 days from the day that you receive the Ready to Pick Up email. If you have not picked up your orders by the end of the 14 days, your order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded.

Can I cancel my order?To cancel your order, please contact your selected Samsung Experience Store.

Can I return items bought through In-store pickup?If you buy online and pick-up in store, you may return items within 15 days of picking up your order, provided that:
• The product is accompanied by all original packaging, manuals, accessories, free items and other components or parts that accompanied the product when it was delivered; and
• The product is in original, undamaged condition.
