I joined the LexisNexis India business as part of key project called ‘India Primary Law’ while it was launching in 2011. My previous experience in the publishing industry was from a range of domains such as academic, professional and legal.
I work with our global teams in the US and Asia Pacific to leverage their technology and adopt the best practices to improve our operational efficiency and add more value for our customers.
My primary focus is to build a strong operational team to deliver high quality content to the legal community and create a robust process and agile work environment for the team to perform to market standards. My passion to bring efficiency in process and driving teams for automation and continuous improvement is always exciting.
Technology and innovation are vital to my work in delivering high-end automated solutions to the legal market. Especially, a new generation of tools powered by Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing contributes to a radical change in operational work right from the process of collecting content through to releasing it to customers.
We always look to scale what we do and refine our process constantly by using technology in day-to-day functions both in terms of editorial and data integration such as writing case summary, content extraction, building interactive content, automating cited cases and flagging case citators by providing signal treatment.

As a commitment, having two dedicated RE Cares days each year to support our communities is excellent. I participate together with other teams to drive RE Cares initiatives and support several projects every year.
Outside of work, I love spending time together with my wife and two boys.
