For the fourteenth consecutive year, NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) has been ranked as the #1 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Provider in the 2024 New York Law Journal “Best Of” survey.

NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) has once again, for the eleventh straight year, been named one of the Top 3 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Providers in the United States in the 2024 National Law Journal Annual “Best Of” survey.

NAM neutral Susan Hernandez, Esq., was recognized as a top individual mediator/arbitrator and NAM was voted a top provider of Continuing Legal Education.  

NAM's exceptional mediators and arbitrators once again dominated the individual categories — with Susan Hernandez, Esq. taking first place in the Individual Mediator category, and Hon. Elizabeth Bonina (Ret.) placing first in the Individual Arbitrator category.

This recognition demonstrates NAM’s continued commitment to distinguish itself as a leading provider of ADR services throughout the United States.
