Maine Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages & Lottery Operations
The Bureau, Commission and our partnerships with Pine State Spirits, Scientific Games International, lottery retailers, agency liquor stores and the liquor licensees throughout the state are committed to providing the citizens of Maine with outstanding customer service and superior products. The Bureau also has the important responsibility of enforcement and licensing of all liquor licensees in Maine.
BELLS: Coming Soon
On October 28, 2024, the Bureau will launch BELLS, a new digital system for liquor license applications, renewals, brand registrations, and more. Streamlining our processes, BELLS will replace outdated paper forms and provide an easier, more efficient experience for all licensees. Once we go live, visit https://alcohol.maine.gov to access the new system.
