Under these promotions, all 24-Month Fibre Broadband plans come with a Bespoke SurfValue (SIM only) plan, which allows eligible customers to enjoy up to 0.5GB* of free local data per month. A SIM card for the Bespoke Surfvalue (SIM only) plan will be issued to eligible new customers. (*Excess usage above the free 0.5GB local data per month shall be chargeable. The promotional subscription rate of $63.90/mth for the M1 Fibre Broadband 10Gbps service under this promotion is valid for 24 months commencing from the service activation or re-contract date; thereafter, applicable non-discounted rate for the M1 Fibre Broadband 10Gbps service will apply. Eligible customers may choose to receive one (1) free wifi 7 router from the Performance Router or Wifi Mesh category; valid only at point of sign-up/re-contract. For more information on the eligible router choice, please refer to the “Routers” section below. Each eligible new sign-up may enjoy a one-time waiver of the registration charge and the ONT activation charge (applicable for all available time slots); valid only at point of sign-up.

M1 Upgrade Fibre Broadband plans are open to eligible M1 Fibre Broadband customers. To perform a change in plan, each eligible customer must select an eligible Upgrade plan via M1+ app. If the customer opts to upgrade/change the customer’s existing Fibre plan under the Upgrade Plan feature, the new subscription rate of the selected plan will commence on the day following the date of the successful change request submission. Upon any change in plan, all existing discounts (if any) will be permanently removed. For the avoidance of doubt, other than for discounts (if any) which will be permanently removed, upon a change in plan, all applicable terms and conditions under the customer’s original bill plan (including the minimum commitment period) and all other existing terms and conditions applicable to the customer shall remain in full force and effect and continue to apply. Eligible customer can make changes to their plan once every 3 months, provided that upon a change in plan, the customer may only make the next change in plan after a period of 3 months from the date of the customer’s last change in plan request. All change in plan requests are non-cancellable once confirmed. Customer can only perform a change in plan to an upgrade plan tier higher than their original plan tier. For clarity, under the change in plan feature, subject to the 3-monthly eligibility period, customers may opt to change back to their original plan tier, but customer should note that in such event, the non-discounted monthly subscription rates for such plan tier will apply (without any promotional discounts (if any) earlier enjoyed).

For any plan change request, no new devices will be provided with M1 Upgrade Fibre Broadband plans.

For routers purchased under monthly top-up subscriptions, a 24-month device commitment contract applies.

All devices are subject to availability of stock, and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or other items.

A one-time registration charge of $61.04 will apply to new sign-ups for Fibre services. ONT Activation Charge of $91.68 is only waived in full for weekdays – Monday to Friday (9am-6pm); for weekdays – Monday to Friday (after 6pm), weekends and public holidays, the ONT Activation Charge waiver is capped at $91.68 and balance of $31.73 shall be chargeable. Other charges will apply for additional requirements. Symmetric upload/Download Speeds for Fibre Broadband: Only applicable for new sign-ups, or existing customers with an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) provided by M1. M1 High Speed Fibre Broadband Plans are available for your access and use at your residential premises (“Service Address”) only. The Service Address must be NGNBN Fibre-connected. In addition, the Service Address must have been certified Fibre-ready for the Services according to confirmation by the relevant Third Party Provider (NetLink Trust). Existing customers with a Nucleus Connect ONT may be required to switch to an ONT provided by M1 to enjoy the above promotion(s). Installation fees and other miscellaneous fees may apply. M1 Home Fixed Voice Service requires the use of a type approved ONT provided by M1.

For the avoidance of doubt, please note that all promotion is not eligible for stacking with any other discounts, vouchers or promotions. If for any reason the promotional items/premiums mentioned below is taken together with or stacked with any other discount or promotion, M1 reserves the right to at any time remove the customer’s eligibility for the free item or to remove such other stacked promotional benefits, items and/or discounts, at M1’s sole discretion.

All prices stated above are inclusive of 9% GST, unless otherwise stated, and are subjected to change in accordance with the prevailing GST rate. All goods and services are subject to applicable M1 General and Specific Terms and Conditions available at www.m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give you advance notice (which may be through written notice, email, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
