Bylaw 1196 -2024 – Proposed amendment to Land Use Bylaw
- Public notice for Bylaw 1196-2024 proposes the removal of references to the City of Leduc/Leduc County Intermunicipal Development Plan and other administrative amendments, and amendments to Notification and Advertising requirements

Bylaw 1197 -2024 – Proposed Advertising Bylaw
- Public notice for Bylaw 1197-2024 proposes an Advertising Bylaw that specifies the types of advertising and notification methods that City Administration will use to communicate bylaws, resolutions, meetings, public hearings, or other items within Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act.

Notice of application - Reapproval of natural gas franchise agreement
- Notice of application to be filed for reapproval of the natural gas franchise agreement between the City of Leduc and Apex Utilities Inc. The franchise agreement will, subject to further renewal, continue to allow Apex Utilities Inc. the exclusive right to deliver natural gas to the residents of the City of Leduc for approximately 10 years from the effective date of the franchise agreement.

Bylaw 1193-2024 – Proposed amendment to Land Use Bylaw
- Public notice for Bylaw 1193-2024 proposes redistricting an area in Creekside to allow for single detached dwellings, townhouses, and park space.
