When are digital comics available for sale?

Most comics are here the same day as print. Collected editions and and graphic novels are usually available about four weeks after they come out in print.

Most comics are discounted to 1/2 price after four weeks.

What formats are available?

All Digital Comics will now be served through our brand new IDW Digital Experience reader.

Can I sync my website purchases to the IDW app?

Yes, you can now sync your purchases between the new IDW Website and the IDW Mobile App.  

Where are my purchases from before June 2015?

As of June 4, 2015 IDW purchases are no longer tied directly to comiXology or in-app purchases. New purchases in the online store will not be tied to comiXology.

Never fear though, we’ve made sure your existing comic collection is safe and sound!
• If you have an IDW iOS app account, all your purchases will be available in the new apps. Read more here: App FAQ.
• You can continue to read all your previous IDW comiXology-powered purchases on comixology.com and on their Kindle Fire, Android, iOS, and Windows 8 apps.

How can I delete my mobile app account?

You have two options. 

Option 1: You may delete partial elements of your account.  If you wish to do this, please email store@idwpublishing.com.  

Option 2: We hate to see you go but understand there are times where you may wish to entirely delete your account.

• Please log into the IDW Digital Experience account on your your Android or IOS device.
• Once logged in, tap on the account button at the bottom right of the screen (in the menu bar)
• Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section that says Delete Account
• Please review the warning message before click on the Delete Account button.

WARNING: Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile and you will lose access to your purchased content.  You will not be able to retrieve your content once it has been deleted.
